Epilogue 3: Dear Adults

“The things that a child hears.. Slowly will sink into their hearts and create a shadow.”
I agree with that quote. “You’re worthless!” “I wish you were never born!” “If only you weren’t alive!” Those harsh words can sink into a child’s heart and create a shadow. What I mean by ‘shadow’ is their past which they can’t let go of. Those words will remain in their heads until they grow older. I mean, who wouldn’t forget those words? Especially from someone who is blood related or is important to you. In my opinion, I believe a child needs to be love. If they aren’t love as they get older, they’ll turn into something worst. They’ll be filled with so much emotions to the point they can’t handle it anymore and become a bad person. I don’t know how to explain it but I think you guys can see where I’m going. It’s just like a child being physically abused, they don’t deserve that nor do they deserve being verbally abused by an adult either. They can be scarred for life because of it.
